Excess 11 named "Nina Simone" was built in the Excess Catamaran shipyard in 2022 and has been hardly used. She is hull #48 and was displayed at the Sydney International Boat Show.
A unique cruising catamaran with a dynamic design who can give you a thrill of sailing without sacrificing comfort. The Excess 11 is a boat capable of long passages and is made for life onboard.
Fitted with taller Pulse Line rig with square top mainsail and self tacking jib, along with a brand new furling Code 0 downwind sail. Complete Raymarine instrument package including two Axiom plotters, new radar and AIS.
The electric manoeuvring winch makes short-handed sailing easier, whilst the rear twin helm stations are ideal for docking and very responsive with minimal and direct feed to the twin rudders.
